Announcement
My raku pottery is a unique form of adaptation from the traditional Japanese raku. I specialize in the copper matte raku technique that uses copper as the main component of surface decoration. Each piece is handmade and comes out one of a kind. My pieces are porous and should be kept indoor.

5 out of 5 starsThis is one of the most beautiful and artistically crafted vases I’ve had over many years. It came well protected and wrapped. I had a question about the vase that I sent to the artist. He responded promptly and courteously. I highly recommend his work.

What are important things to know about raku pottery?
Raku pottery is porous and does not hold water. Raku pottery should also be kept indoor and away from direct sunlight. Because of the firing process, each raku fired piece is one of a kind.
